A market leading service business is now recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Shared Services Manager.

Working in conjunction with Director of Shared Services & Reward, the key purpose of this role is to ensure the provision of a high quality and timely HR services to support the business. Through the team, the services include:
* Development of the provision of an excellent, timely and accurate HR and payroll administration service which meets the developing needs of the business, including system use and all associated processes
* On-going development, implementation and delivery of recruitment strategies which will fulfil the skill requirements of the business - specifically servicing Management and Support functions and business units
* Leadership and development of the teams.

Key Result Areas include:
* Ensure professional, timely and accurate provision of all employee communication relating to employment terms and conditions.
* Ensure the delivery of payroll Group-wide, maintaining the high standard of accuracy expected by the business, including month end and year end requirements.
* Ensure the on-going development of associated processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery to the business.
* Ensure all processes remain in line with legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and manage the attraction and recruitment strategy to support the Group?s needs and support the business as a professional and progressive employer.
* Ensure recruitment best practice is consistently applied across the Group and processes and policies are maintained, reviewed and improved to support the agreed strategy.
* Ensure accurate and consistent data is held within the HR and recruitment systems in line with legislation and business requirements.
* Lead, manage and develop the Shared Services HR admin and recruitment teams to ensure they provide a timely, effective, professional and efficient service.
* Develop and manage strong working relationships across the business as appropriate
* Manage the department budget in line with agreed levels
* Negotiate with providers (e.g. recruitment partners, ad agencies, system providers, etc.) to establish a cost effective relationships with high quality service levels
* Ensure third party relationships are in line with business budgets
* Ensure changes or new policies/processes are communicated effectively across the Group
* Work with the business and HR managers to continually improve and positively position the employee proposition.
* Analyse the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns, including media effectiveness

Skills & Experience required:
* Previous experience within an HR Shared Service environment, including experience of recruiting/resourcing and managing administration processes
* Experience of payroll management desired
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Previous involvement with system management is a distinct advantage
* Sound experience of developing and managing third party relationships/providers, including negotiation of service provision and service level agreements
* Analytical and research skills
* Strong relationship builder with the ability to consult and influence at all levels
* High level of commercial acumen
* Excellent people management and leadership skills
