The qualities I need to continue developing are influence, evident gifts, and confidence.? I believe that influence can be improved with time.? The qualities I posess?are character, postive attitude, excellent people skills, proven track record, confidence, self-discipline, effective communication skills and aversion to status quo.? I believe that if I continue to exude these leadership strengths, that in time my ability to wield influence will be improved.?
My issues with improving evident gifts lies in?highlighting those gifts.? I have a lot of talents and much to offer an organization in terms of leadership.? My weakness in this area has to do with making these gifts evident to an organization.? I believe that often times do-ers are excellent at getting the job done and they focus entirely on completing and efficiently executing that they do not celebrate their accopmlishments or advertise their gifts and offerings to an organization.? This is an area I need to improve.? I should take as much care and energy in showcasing my accomplishments as I take in creating those accomplishments.
Another area in need of improvement is confidence.??Confidence?is ironic for me?yet strongly infuenced by my personality.? I am confident in my abilities to produce most of the times.? I often find that I have self-doubt in unfamiliar areas even when my strengths are clear in those areas.? I question my ability to reach further successfully.? In my conversations with colleagues they can clearly distinguish my abilities to accomplish major challenges based?on my track record.? I am aware of my own track record and yet self-doubt still lurks.? I would like to have more positive thinking in the future about my abilities to accomplish any and all challenges.? I am lucky that my personality tends to encourage me to purse the unfamiliar and challenge myself in lieu of my ever lurking self doubt.
